Our History
The story of Rosans Islamic School began in 1998 not with new buildings, but with a new purpose. Rosans had existed before that year, but 1998 marked a defining transformation: a shift from Rosans School of Scholars to Rosans Islamic School, built around a singular commitment to quality Islamic education paired with academic excellence. It was less a rebranding than a reawakening a decision to root modern schooling in Islamic values, Quranic learning, and strong character development from the ground up. That founding vision has shaped every campus, classroom, and curriculum decision since, and continues to guide Rosans Islamic School in Lahore today.
At Rosans Islamic School, every policy, program, and curriculum decision is grounded in the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). Education here is never just academic — it’s designed to nurture both the intellectual and spiritual growth of every student, instilling values, character, and conviction that reflect true Islamic principles. Our Purpose
The purpose of a Rosans education is simple: to raise children who are whole — intellectually, physically, socially, emotionally, and morally. We believe that kind of holistic development is only truly achieved when a child’s upbringing is rooted in the teachings of Islam. That belief shapes everything we do — our policies, our curriculum, our culture, and above all, our comprehensive Tarbiah programme.
We see the tarbiah of children as one of the defining challenges of our time, and one that Rosans takes as its core responsibility. Grounded in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H), our approach is built on a principle we hold central: that 90% of Deen is husn al-akhlaq, good character — honesty, integrity, avoiding hypocrisy, and the discipline of sabr, patience.
Children are our greatest asset, and we believe the future of Pakistan and the wider Muslim Ummah depends on how well this generation is raised — a responsibility shared between parents, family, community, teachers, and children themselves. This is the purpose that drives every part of a Rosans education, and why we develop every child as a whole person, with:
