The School’s Purpose
The purpose of schooling is to develop a child holistically. The holistic development of a child means his/her physical, cognitive, social, emotional and moral development. We believe that the holistic development of a child can only be brought about by living in accordance to the teachings of Islam. Based on this belief, the school policies, programmes, curriculum and culture have been derived from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). The Rosans Islamic School prides itself in the comprehensive Tarbiah programme. Today the biggest challenge is the tarbiah of our children. The Tarbiah is based on Islamic moral values according to Holy Quran and Sunnah. Children are our biggest asset. The future of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Islamic Ummah lies in the hands of the next generation. The development of our children depends on parental upbringing, family values, community spirit, mentoring by teachers and the children themselves. We believe that 90% of Deen is “Good Akhlaq”. Telling the truth, honest dealings, avoiding hypocrisy and learning to practice Sabr or Patience. Together with religious and moral development, we believe in developing a child as a whole person with:
- Desire for truth, honesty, and respect for others.
- Inculcate feelings of responsibility for him/herself and the environment.
- Leadership quality and desire to serve and work as a part of a team.
- Encourage students to lead a healthy life style free of general social bad habits.
- Self reliance under all circumstances is one of the main aims we strive for
